To thank you for your support and to offer future incentives we would like to give something back. We are launching the Reward Point Program in an effort to reward your loyalty and continued business.
Our Reward Point Program is relatively straight-forward. Registered customers who shop at Anima Designs Shop will earn Reward Points for each dollar spent. These points will accumulate in your account and can be used to purchase rewards products.
You will be able to view the number of reward points that you currently have earned by logging into your account (enter your email address and password) and scrolling down to "My Rewards". The total number of points that you have earned is displayed. If you would like to see the activity associated with the points, click on "view details". To redeem points and to see what products are offered in our program, click on "Redeem". You can also click on our newly created category of Rewards from the home page to see what we are currently offering.
Reward points can redeemed for any of the products listed in our reward category at Anima Designs Shop. Each reward purchase will be a separate order with no shipping charge. The points for the rewards product are deducted from the total point balance. No reward points are given for purchases of reward products.
How does the program work?
Each product that is purchased will accrue points on a dollar for dollar basis. The amount of points which you will earn with the purchase of a product will be displayed on the product page. Points do not accrue for taxes or shipping charges. Points can be redeemed for any of the products in our rewards category for which you have sufficient points.
Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.
You must be a registered customer and login to your account in order to view the status of your points.
Redeeming Rewards Points
Reward points can be used to purchase products in the Rewards category at the Anima Designs Shop site. Log into your account and scroll down to "My Rewards". Click on "Redeem" and select the product that you wish to purchase. Confirm by again selecting "redeem". A new order will be created for your rewards purchase.
Once the order has been confirmed by clicking on "redeem", your rewards account will be updated and the points used for the purchase will be substracted from the balance.
Minimum Points Required To purchase a reward product, you must have at least the number of points specified for that product. Note that all of our rewards products are regular merchandise that is available for purchase.
Redemptions Allowed Per Order Currently, only one rewards product may be redeemed per order.
Will I Earn Points for Shipping Fees or Taxes
No, points accrue only for products purchased.
Points for Discounted or Sale Products
Points are given for products purchased on sale or discounted but they are given a reduced number of points.
Product Restrictions
Currently, only items which are listed in the rewards category can be
purchased with points. The rewards system in our shopping cart only allows one reward per order and the reward order is required to be a separate order. Placing a reward item in your shopping cart will immediately take you to the checkout. It is not currently possible to have more than one reward in an order or to mix these items with other items. We strongly advise you to check this page often as we may make changes to this policy.
Conditions of Use
Rewards Points are only available to registered Anima Designs Shop members.
Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases. and are only valid at Anima Designs Shop website.
Reward Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.
Reward Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
Reward Points are substracted from your account for any cancelled order or returned products.
You must have a sufficient number of reward points in your account to purchase the selected item. The system doesn't currently allow you to mix other payment methods to cover the purchase.
When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees and
taxes are excluded(unless other.see refered FAQ for more details).
